the information you need to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. If you have any

Where are the parties hosted?
Our pamper parties are held at Luminosa’s Insider Session space, located at Shop
5/191 Margaret St, Toowoomba.
What can we expect at the party?
Our pamper parties are designed to be fun, interactive, and age-appropriate. Activities
may include skincare, makeup tips, and self-care sessions, all aimed at building
confidence and making everyone feel pampered. Expect a warm, welcoming
environment and an unforgettable experience for all!
What should the kids wear?
It's a celebration, so dressing up is encouraged! However, the children should wear
whatever they feel most comfortable and confident in—whether that’s party clothes or
something more relaxed.
What about parking and facilities?
There is 1-hour street parking available on Margaret St. For longer stays, you can use the
nearby Neil St Bus Carpark (for a small fee) or the Neil St Carpark opposite the Empire
Theatre. We also have restroom facilities on-site, and rest assured, we will supervise
children if required.
What’s included in the package?
Each package includes bottled water, cordial, lolly bags, and everything needed for the
pamper session (e.g., beauty products, tools, and materials). We handle all the little
details so you can relax and enjoy the day!
Do parents need to stay?
The host parent is required to remain on-site for the duration of the party. Other parents
are welcome to stay or take advantage of the nearby coffee shops and boutiques for a
bit of a break.
What age group is this suitable for?
We recommend our pamper sessions for children aged 4 and up. However, we’ve also
had successful parties for 3-year-olds! Each session is tailored to suit different age
groups and interests, so everyone feels included and enjoys themselves.
What if a child has allergies or medical conditions?
Safety is our top priority. We kindly ask the host parent to inform us in advance of any
allergies or medical conditions so that we can ensure the products used are safe for all
attendees.
Can I take photos or videos?
We love capturing special moments! You're welcome to take photos or videos, provided
you respect others' privacy. Please ensure you have consent from everyone involved
before sharing images online. Cameras and phones are not permitted in the bathroom
areas.
Are the pamper parties just for girls?
No, everyone is welcome at Luminosa! Our pamper parties are open to all kids,
regardless of gender.
How do I secure a booking?
Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a payment link for the $50 non
refundable booking fee. Full payment is due 7 days before the party. This secures
your spot and ensures everything is ready for a fantastic celebration!
Catering options?
We offer a list of recommended catering vendors that we trust for quality and service.
However, you are also welcome to self-cater if that suits your needs better.
